In this guide
  1. Find the workspace you mean to use
  2. Understand the workspace creation form
  3. Read or update the general details
  4. Inspect membership and available roles
  5. Review invitations through the verified account

01

Find the workspace you mean to use

Open the workspace-name selector and choose an available workspace, or use Manage workspaces for the full directory. Find a workspace filters names, descriptions and addresses. Check the Current badge, then use Open on the intended row. The application verifies access before entering that workspace; if it cannot verify the selection, use the displayed retry or sign-in path rather than changing the URL.

02

Understand the workspace creation form

When your account can create workspaces, New workspace opens Workspace name, Workspace address and optional Description. The address is suggested from the name and uses lowercase letters and numbers separated by single hyphens or underscores. Before Create workspace, review the name and address together. If creation is managed by administrators, the directory says so; choosing another label does not bypass that policy.

03

Read or update the general details

Choose Workspace settings → General and confirm the workspace before editing. Accounts with update permission see the same name, address and description fields with Save changes. Other accounts see read-only details and an administrator message. After an intentional update, look for Workspace details saved. Use All workspaces or Back to workspace to return after checking the visible result.

04

Inspect membership and available roles

Open Members and refresh the people list if needed. Read each member’s role and status before considering a change. Available role labels and assignment restrictions come from the server, and some rows cannot be edited. Add existing member searches eligible organisation members by name or email. Only use a displayed, permitted action for a real membership decision, then verify the refreshed list.

05

Review invitations through the verified account

Invite teammates shows Email address and Workspace role only when your account may invite. Review the actual role options before an intentional Send invitation; successful invitations appear in the recipient’s Hub invitations. Your invitations shows invitations for your account. Acceptance continues through Hub verification and sign-in when required. Refresh the list to confirm outcomes; an open form or pending invitation alone does not establish active access.
