Export a clear result and reuse canvas material
Choose a frame image, a visual PDF, SVG text for a compatible selection, or a reusable template according to the next use of your work. Inspect downloaded exports. Custom templates stay in the current project’s library in this browser; saving one does not create a public sharing link.
Canvas → Present → Frame options · Presentation options · Templates → Save selectionWhat you’ll learn
- Export a frame as PNG or PDF and check the downloaded file.
- Distinguish individual files from exporting every deck frame.
- Reuse local icons and save eligible selections as project templates.

01
Prepare the output region
Place the material you want to deliver inside a frame and give that frame a meaningful title through Present → Frame options → Rename. Check the region for overlapping objects, unfinished notes and unreadable text. The frame title becomes the basis of the exported filename, so choose a name that remains understandable after the file leaves the board.
02
Export one frame
Open the frame’s Frame options menu and choose Export PNG for an image or Export PDF for a fixed visual page. Open the downloaded file and check its boundaries, background, labels and smallest text. If something is unclear, adjust the canvas and export again. The PDF contains the captured visual; use the canvas itself when someone needs to edit the original objects.
03
Understand whole-deck exports
Use Presentation options → Export All as PNG or Export All as PDF when you need every frame in that deck. This downloads a separate file for each frame, including frames hidden from the presentation route. It does not merge the deck into one PDF. Check your downloads and remove any supporting frame files that should not be part of the delivered set.
04
Copy a focused selection
For a smaller selection, select its objects and use Copy as image with Ctrl/⌘+Shift+C. Copy as SVG uses Ctrl/⌘+Shift+S and copies SVG text for supported vector content. Keep the page focused for clipboard operations. If SVG reports unsupported content, revise the selection or use a visual export, then verify the pasted or downloaded result in its destination.
05
Add a reusable visual cue
Open Add Image from the dock and choose Icons. Use Search to narrow the local icon library and click a suitable result to add it to the canvas. Position and size the icon alongside its explanatory text so it has a clear meaning. Save the board after checking the result; an icon alone should not carry a decision that needs written context.
06
Save a reusable layout
Select reusable objects and open Templates → Save selection. Check the selection message, enter Template name and choose Save template. Find it under My templates and use Use template to insert a copy. Check the inserted content. The library stays in this browser for the current project; exported files provide a portable visual record.
You have checked visual files for delivery and a reusable project layout for future canvas work. You know which outputs are separate downloads, editable canvas content or browser-stored templates.
